No access to the child’s Android device

To set up VigilKids on an Android device, you need temporary physical access to the child’s phone. Before starting, make sure that:
Prepare the device for setup

The phone is unlocked, or you know the screen-lock PIN, password, or pattern.
•
The phone is connected to the internet through Wi-Fi or mobile data.
•
You have approximately 10 minutes to complete the installation and required permissions.
If the phone is not available
•
Complete setup when you next have authorized access to the child’s device.
•
Do not attempt to bypass the device’s screen lock or security controls.
•
Review the VigilKids setup guide before starting, so the setup can be completed without interruption.
•
