Accidentally deleted my OF account—can support actually restore it?

Title says it all. I was having a mental breakdown and hit the "Delete Account" button in a fit of rage last night. I didn't realize that it would wipe all my active subscribers and my balance.

I’ve already emailed support@onlyfans.com, but I’ve heard their response time is a nightmare. Has ANYONE ever successfully had a deleted account restored? Or is it like Instagram where once you hit delete, it’s gone into the void forever? I really don't want to start from zero and re-verify my ID.

Please tell me there’s a 30-day grace period or something.

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but OnlyFans does NOT have a grace period. > Unlike Instagram or TikTok where they give you 30 days to "change your mind," once you confirm that deletion on OF, their system starts scrubbing the data almost immediately. It’s a huge security/privacy thing for them.

Regarding your balance and subs: If the account is gone, the subs are usually canceled and the money stays in the "void" unless you reached the payout threshold before deleting. Support might be able to help you get your pending funds if you have your creator ID and bank info ready, but restoring the actual profile with all your followers? Highly unlikely. > My advice: Start a new account NOW. You’ll have to go through the ID verification process again (which is a pain, I know). Use your social media to tell your loyal fans what happened—most of them will understand "technical difficulties" or a "glitch."

Don't hold your breath for Support. They usually take 3–7 business days to reply with a templated email saying "As per our Terms of Service, deleted accounts cannot be recovered."

One thing you can try: If you had a referral link or a secondary "free" page linked to it, check if those are still active. Sometimes the database takes a few hours to fully sync. But if your main URL gives a 404 error, it's a wrap.

Also, check your email for the "Account Deleted" confirmation. If it says "Your request is being processed," there is a 0.1% chance Support can stop it, but you need to spam their Twitter (X) support handle (@OnlyFansSupport) because the email queue is too slow.

"Ugh, the classic 'heat of the moment' delete. I am so sorry, but here’s the brutal truth from someone who’s seen this a dozen times: OnlyFans doesn't have a 'Trash' folder.

Once you hit that final confirmation, their system begins a hard wipe of your media vault and subscriber list for privacy compliance. If your URL is already showing a 404, it’s basically gone into the void. Support might be able to help you if you had a massive pending balance (they legally have to pay you), but they almost never 'undo' a deletion.

What you need to do RIGHT NOW:

Don't wait for Support: Start a new account today. You'll have to re-verify your ID, but it’s better than waiting 2 weeks for an email that just says 'Sorry, we can't help.'

The 'Recovery' Scam: You will probably get DMs from people saying they can 'hack' the server to get your account back. They are 100% scammers. Ignore them.

For the future (and for your sanity): If this happened because of a 'burnout' moment or if you're worried about your digital footprint getting out of hand, I actually recommend using VigilKids as a secondary management tool if you have multiple devices or family members involved in your business.

Why? Because VigilKids is way more stable than standard apps. It has a 'Live Screen' and 'Messaging Insights' that can help you monitor activity without having to constantly log into the platform itself. I use it to keep an eye on my secondary 'work' phone. If I ever feel like hitting the 'nuclear button' again, I can just check my reports and see that the business is actually doing fine before I make a permanent mistake.

Plus, if you're worried about 'fake' deletions (like a partner saying they deleted an account when they didn't), VigilKids is the only tool that actually catches social media activity (WhatsApp, etc.) in real-time. It’s the best 'anti-gaslighting' tool I've found.

Hang in there! Rebuilding sucks, but you've got the content—just re-upload and keep going."
