VigilKids Assistant Unbind & Uninstall Guide

This guide will help you quickly unbind and completely uninstall VigilKids Assistant so you can reinstall it or switch to a new device.

Step 1 : Unbind Device

• On any device, visit https://my.vigilkids.com and log in.
• Click the profile icon in the top right and go to My Account.
• Find the target device in the list, click Unbind, and confirm the action.

Step 2 : Completely Uninstall VigilKids Assistant

• Unlock your child’s device.
• Go to Settings → Apps.
• Locate the app named Framework Update Service (with the Android icon).
• Tap Uninstall and confirm.

If you need to rebind and reinstall after uninstalling, please log in to https://my.vigilkids.com, go to My Account, locate the unbound device, and click Bind to start the rebinding process.
