End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs your use of the VigilKids Software and associated services. It outlines the rights and restrictions applicable to the Software, including its installation, operation, and permitted use cases. This agreement also forms part of our broader Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By downloading, installing, or using the VigilKids Software, you expressly confirm that:

• You are legally authorized to enter into this agreement;
• You will use the Software only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• You accept full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from improper or unauthorized use.

If you do not agree with any of the terms herein, you must refrain from using the Software and delete all associated files from your devices.

You agree to use VigilKids solely for lawful and authorized purposes. The Software may only be used:

• On a device that you own or have explicit legal permission to monitor;
• In connection with an account, application, or digital service over which you hold legal access rights.

The Software is designed for purposes such as:

• Parental control of children's digital devices;
• Protection of your own personal devices and accounts.

You understand and agree that:

• It may be illegal in your jurisdiction to monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent, especially if they are 18 years of age or older;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable laws before using the Software;
• Unauthorized or covert use of VigilKids on someone else's device or account may result in civil and/or criminal penalties, and you agree to indemnify and hold VigilKids harmless from any resulting liability.

VigilKids grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use one copy of the Software on a single authorized device;
• Access and utilize features for monitoring purposes, provided such use is legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

This license does not grant you ownership of the Software or any related intellectual property. The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by VigilKids.

You may not:

• Use the Software on any device you do not own or control;
• Use the Software to monitor any person, account, or activity for which you do not have legal authority;
• Install or share the Software across multiple devices without appropriate licensing;
• Copy, modify, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license and may expose you to legal action.

You agree to use the VigilKids Software only as expressly permitted by this EULA. You shall not, and shall not permit others to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works based on the Software;
• Modify, translate, or alter any portion of the Software;
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security features or usage restrictions built into the Software;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Software;
• Share your license or provide access to the Software to any third party, except as specifically permitted under this EULA;
• Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws, privacy rights, or third-party rights;
• Install the Software on a device without the owner's knowledge and legal consent.

Any such unauthorized use shall be deemed a material breach of this EULA and may result in immediate termination of your license, as well as potential civil or criminal penalties under applicable law.

VigilKids may, from time to time, provide you with updates, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, new features, or improvements to the Software (collectively referred to as "Updates") in order to improve performance, maintain security, or comply with regulatory changes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed without separate notice;
• This EULA will apply to all Updates, unless a separate license agreement accompanies such Update;
• Some Updates may be required for continued use of certain features or functionality;
• VigilKids is under no obligation to provide Updates or to maintain any specific feature set of the Software;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements necessary to install and run Updates.

Failure to install or use the most current version of the Software may result in limited functionality, security vulnerabilities, or loss of service, for which VigilKids shall not be held liable.
