If, after purchasing our software, you encounter technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
Please note: Most technical problems can be resolved quickly and effectively by contacting our customer support team. We strongly encourage all users to seek assistance before submitting a refund request.
You may be eligible to receive a full refund under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase;
- You have encountered a technical issue that renders the product unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue;
- The refund request relates to your first-time subscription purchase of VigilKids;
- Only one refund per user/account is permitted.
Refunds are only processed for purchases made through the official VigilKids website.

Requests submitted via Live Chat, phone calls, or other unofficial channels will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations, including but not limited to:
🔧 Device & Installation Issues
- The target device does not meet VigilKids' compatibility requirements as stated on our website;
- The target device has no internet access, or suffers from unstable or interrupted connectivity;
- The target device was factory reset, or the operating system was upgraded after VigilKids was installed, causing the software to stop working;
- You did not follow the installation steps provided by our website or customer support team;
- You attempted to install or use one license on multiple devices;
- The software was damaged or blocked by antivirus software or third-party apps;
👤 User-Controlled Factors
- You do not have physical access to the target device, forgot the unlock password, or were denied authorization by the device owner;
- You failed to access or retrieve data that existed before installation;
- You refused assistance from our technical support team to resolve an issue;
- You are unable or unwilling to jailbreak/root the target device, even when it is required to access advanced features;
💬 Personal or Unjustified Reasons
- You changed your mind after purchase;
- You purchased by mistake, or chose not to use the software;
- You expected features that are not available without proper configuration (e.g., advanced social app tracking without root/jailbreak);
- The issue lies outside of our control, including network operator changes, SIM swaps, or user actions that interfere with software performance.
We encourage all users to review our compatibility information and feature requirements before purchasing. If you are unsure whether VigilKids is suitable for your device, please contact our support team before completing your order.
To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to: refund@vigilkids.com
We do not accept refund applications through Live Chat, phone calls, or third-party platforms.
Your refund request should include:
- Your full name and order number;
- The email address used for the purchase;
- A detailed description of the technical issue you encountered;
- Confirmation that you have contacted our support team and followed all troubleshooting steps.
We will review your request within 5–7 business days. If your case meets the refund criteria, a full or partial refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Please note: To cover payment processor and bank transaction fees, a deduction of up to 9% may be applied to the refunded amount.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you through your bank or payment provider, VigilKids reserves the right to suspend access to your account immediately.
Account reactivation is subject to:
- Full repayment of the disputed amount;
- A reinstatement fee of $45, where applicable;
- All additional fees or costs (including legal, administrative, or accounting services) resulting from the dispute will be the responsibility of the user.
This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through the official VigilKids website.
If you purchased VigilKids via a third-party reseller, app marketplace, or unauthorized vendor, please contact the original seller directly for any refund or support requests.
VigilKids is not responsible for purchases made outside our official platform and cannot process or guarantee any refund in such cases.
