Data Deletion

How to delete all locally stored VigilTime data.

Effective: July 14, 2026. Last updated: July 15, 2026.

VigilTime does not require an account and does not store core usage data on remote servers.

Delete all local VigilTime data

  1. Open Android Settings.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Select VigilTime.
  4. Tap Storage.
  5. Tap Clear storage or Clear data.

Users may also delete all locally stored VigilTime data by uninstalling the app.

What is deleted

Clearing storage or uninstalling VigilTime removes locally stored screen-time summaries, app-usage records, focus history, app-limit rules, and local settings. VigilTime does not maintain a cloud account or remote copy of this data.

Revoke permissions

Users may separately revoke Usage Access, Display over other apps, Device Administrator, and background-related settings in Android settings.
